We ship using courier services like Blue Dart. Shipping usually takes around 5-7 business days from the time of order confirmation.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Yes we do offer cash on delivery for a limit of up to INR 50,000/-.
Orders above INR 50,000/- can only be processed via a card payment or bank transfer.

Yes we offer online payment via a secure payment gateway called Payu. We accept all major debit & credit cards.
We go to great lengths to ensure that your Intiki product reaches you in optimal condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us of the same with photographic evidence via phone or email at the earliest and we will exchange it for you, no questions asked.
Note: Notification regarding a damaged product must be within 48 hours of accepting delivery, else the exchange is not considered valid.
Yes, we allow the option to change or cancel your order. However, we must be notified of this within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns in the event that a product has been damaged during transit. Email us on orders@intiki.in with photographic evidence within 48 hours of accepting delivery and we will accept the return without any further questions.
We don't accept returns for products that have been damaged due to mishandling.
In case you would like to make a special request regarding a return, please email us on orders@intiki.in and we will try our best to accommodate its our discretion.
If our product has reached you in a good condition, we do not accept any exchanges. In case of any special requests, please email us on orders@intiki.in and we will definitely look into it!
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB) and courier partner name is shared with you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB number shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

We have designed all of our packaging to be such that it is always gift wrapped, whether the present is for you or some other lucky recipient. We are also happy to include a gift tag with a special message in case we are delivering a present for you.

As of now, we are retailing out of The Quorum Club (Gurgaon) and Clove (Mumbai) and plan to expand this list in the future. However, exchanges & returns for products bought directly from us cannot be processed at any of our retail partners and must be communicated directly to us.
